Thanks so much pertaining to giving everyone a very marvellous opportunity to discover important secrets from this website. It is always very useful and as well , stuffed with a great time for me along with my place of work friends to visit your site no less than three times every week to find out the newest secrets you have got. And indeed, I'm just actually pleased with all the unique opinions you give. Selected two tips in this article are usually unquestionably the most beneficial we've ever had.
Still has a chance
The market still has a chance, just make the pricing reasonable.
Why hate on condos?
Condo-living is a perfectly acceptable way to have a space in a great location without the yardwork and maintenance that goes with a single-family home. Furthermore, single family homes in Evanston are priced beyond the means of many buyers.
As a condo-dwelling Realtor who is busier than I've been in years, my perspective is that the market has brightened considerably across the board. The City has gotten in on rehabbing some of the worst properties with assistance from the federal government, and housing inventory is way down - both for single family homes and for condos.
Doesn't look anything like New Orleans, with or without Katrina, from my vantage point.
Totally depends on your property and location
A decent sized house in a good neighborhood and the outlook is very sunny. A condo or house in a bad neighborhood and the outlook is about as bright as when Hurricane Katrina was approaching New Orleans.
