2004 Foster

Baltazar J. Hernandez, 20, of 2004 Foster St., was arrested at home at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday and charged with domestic battery. Court date has been set for Oct. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

1717 Benson

Mpoyi Mitondo, 35, of 607 Lake St., was arrested at 1717 Benson Ave. at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday and charged with battery. Court date has been set for Nov. 14 at 9 a.m.

Burglary

1000 Sherman

Someone stole a wallet from an apartment in the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue between 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:22 a.m. Wednesday.

Criminal trespass

1830 Dempster

Lisa Marie Cuevas, 33, of 6414 N. Maplewood, Chicago, was arrested at 1830 Dempster St. at 11:09 p.m. Monday and charged with trespass to a motor vehicle. She is due in court on Nov. 9 at 10:30 a.m.

Someone threw a brick through the window of a home in the 1700 block of Darrow Avenue around 8:21 p.m. Wednesday.

Theft

100 Ridge

Someone attempted to steal a carton of cigarettes from a gas station in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday. Suspect is a black male.

300 Ridge

Artificial plants were stolen from St. Francis Hospital in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue around 4:05 p.m. Monday.

1830 Dempster

Taricka Jahoia Brown-Henigan, 26, of Waukegan, was arrested at 1830 Dempster St. at 11:09 p.m. Monday and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Court date has been set for Oct. 24 at 9 a.m.

1101 Howard

Marianela Garcia, 39, of 5320 S. Wells St., Chicago, was arrested at 1101 Howard St. at 8 a.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. Court date has been set for Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m.

800 Greenleaf

Vladimir Vramovich Vareldzhyan, 29, of Glenview, was arrested at 800 Greenleaf St. at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. Court date has been set for Nov. 9 at 10:30 a.m.
