Edwin Cueva Aguilar, 22, of 3136 N. Linder, Chicago, was arrested at 1740 Sherman Ave. at 7 p.m. Wednesday and charged with possessing drug parphernalia. He is due in court on Nov. 9 at 9 a.m.
Sandra A. M. Aguilar, 26, of Wauconda, was arrested at 1500 Elmwood Ave. at 2 p.m. Wednesday and charged with possession of cannabis. She is due in court on Nov. 1 at 9 a.m.

Frank Marquis Billups, 22, of 217 Dodge Ave., was arrested at 2005 Darrow Ave. at 6:23 p.m. Wednesday and charged with an alcohol-related offense. He is due in court on Nov. 1 at 9 a.m.
Sterling Marzine Preister-Clark, 22, of 2224 Emerson St., was arrested at 2005 Darrow Ave. at 6:23 p.m. Wednesday and charged with an alcohol-related offense. He is due in court on Nov. 1 at 9 a.m.
Marsha J. Tucker, 41, of 2409 E. 76th St., Chicago, was arrested at Brummel Street and Custer Avenue at 11:03 p.m. Wednesday and charged with public urination. She is due in court on Oct. 18 at 9 a.m.
Theft
Someone removed the gas from a 2007 Honda parked in the driveway of a home in the 400 block of Florence Avenue between 1 p.m. Tuesday and 2 p.m. Wednesday.
A cell phone was taken from a table in a restaurant in the 1400 block of Sherman Avenue between 11 p.m. Monday and 1 a.m. Tuesday.
