EVANSTON CRIME: Vehicle break-ins on Washington and Grey

Someone entered a home through an unlocked window in the 1600 block of Seward Street. at 11:13 a.m. Thursday. Suspect is a 6-foot-tall black male weighing 160 pounds.
A pair of Michael Jordan shoes was taken from a 1996 Toyota parked on the street in the 1600 block of Washington Street at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Someone took a Sony stereo with video out of a 1995 Range Rover that was unlocked and in the alley in the 900 block of Grey Avenue between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 8:40 a.m. Thursday.

Frank Marquis Billups, 22, of 217 Dodge Ave., and Sterling M. P. Clark, 22, of 1950 W. Devon Ave., Chicago, were arrested at 1910 Dempster St. at 4:21 p.m. Thursday and charged with consumption of alcohol on the public way. They are due in court on Sept. 12 at 9 a.m.
Theft
A 2011 yellow GMC truck with license plate No. 2020870 was stolen from a hardware store in the 2300 block of Oakton Street at 8:06 p.m. on Aug. 19. Suspect is a 5-foot-7-inch-tall white female weighing 207 pounds.
A locked bicycle was stolen off the street in the 2000 block of Howard Street between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Kimberly Shunta Jackson, 44, of 1811 Wesley Ave., and Algienon Sutherland, 52, of 735 Dobson St., were arrested at 2201 Oakton St. at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday and charged with retail theft. They are due in court on Oct. 23 at 10:30 a.m.
