A victim was hit on the head by a suspect identified as a 5-foot-tall black male weighing 105 pounds around 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Elmwood Avenue.
2429 Lake
Kyle L. Mumin, 23, of 2429 Lake St., was arrested at his home at 5:29 p.m. Monday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on Sept. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
