Burglary
A bicycle was stolen from the garage of a home in the 1600 block of Monroe Street between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday.
An electronic reader was stolen form a 1993 Volvo parked on the street in the 1200 block of Judson Avenue between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday.
Someone entered a 2000 Ford through an open window in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday and stole a cell phone.
Drugs
Dennis Kennedy-Coleman, 29, of 1738 Darrow Ave., was arrested at his home at 1:10 p.m. Saturday and charged with possessing cannabis. He is due in court on Sept. 11 at 9 a.m.
Graffiti
Graffiti was discovered Monday morning at a park in the 700 block of Judson Avenue.
Theft
An external computer hard drive was stolen from an apartment in the 2600 block of Thayer Street at 11:04 a.m. Monday. Suspects are a 5-foot-7-inch-tall white male weighing 130 pounds and a 5-foot-4-inch-tall white female weighing 120 pounds.
A tire was stolen from a Toyota in the garage of a home in the 400 block of Howard Street between noon and 11 p.m. August 4.
Maurice Wade, 33, of 1458 S. Canal St., Chicago, was arrested at 2208 Sherman Ave. at 8:55 a.m. Saturday and charged with theft. He is due in court on Oct. 9 at 9 a.m.
Traffic
Michael Demaret, 20, of 1616 Mulford St., was arrested at 1715 Brown Ave. at 3:58 p.m. Saturday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 9 at 9 a.m.
John Henry Lamondi, 58, of 442 Elm Ave., was arrested at Asbury Avenue and Crain Street at 5:38 p.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence. He is due in court on Aug. 29 at 9 a.m.
