1600 Ridge
Someone entered an apartment in the 1600 block of Ridge Avenue between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday and stole two laptop computers, cash, a wallet, and a cell phone.
Graffiti
400 Asbury
Graffiti was discovered Wednesday at 6:11 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of Asbury Avenue.

701 Howard
Jerome Smith, 58, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 701 Howard St. at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday and charged with an alcohol-related offense. He is due in court on Sept. 12 at 9 a.m.
Theft
800 Main
An unlocked mountain bike was stolen from the sidewalk in the 800 block of Main Street at about 2:20 p.m. Wednesday.
1600 Sherman
A cell phone and wristwatch were taken from an unlocked locker in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday.
1000 Dodge
A catalytic converter was stolen from a 2000 Toyota in an apartment parking lot in the 1000 block of Dodge Avenue between 2:30 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday.

Keosha Dionshae Foster, 20, of Waukegan, was arrested at 2525 Church Street at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. She is due in court on Oct. 9 at 9 a.m.
1100 Howard
Hector Saul Lopez-Carillo, 29, of 5039 N. Clark St., Chicago, was arrested at 1100 Howard St. at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 5 at 10:30 a.m.
735 Dobson
Sylvester Lee Norfleet, 27, of 131 Ridge Ave., was arrested at 735 Dobson St. at 9:49 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Oct. 31 at 10:30 a.m.

Oscar Roman, 23, of 1441 W. Howard St., Chicago, was arrested at 729 Howard St. at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday and charged with a traffic violation. He is due in court on Sept. 25 at 9 a.m.
