Ginny Narula, 46, of 1236 Oak Ave., was arrested at her home at 9:30 a.m. Monday on multiple charges of disorderly conduct, telephone harrassment, and aggravated assault. She is due in court on Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. and on Aug. 31 at 10:30 a.m.
7300 Niles Center
Michael Beckom, 50, address unknown, was arrested at 7300 Niles Center Road, Skokie, at 4:20 a.m. Monday and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. He is due in court on Aug. 15 at 9 a.m.

Someone stole some DVD movies from a business establishment in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue shortly after 2 p.m. Monday. Suspect is a 5-foot-8-inch-tall white male weighing 190 pounds.

Someone stole alcoholic products from a liquor store in the 1000 block of Davis Street shortly before 9 p.m. Monday.

Someone stole two locked women's bicycles from the sidewalk in the 1600 block of Benson Avenue between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday.

Someone stole an air conditioner window unit from an apartment/condo common area in the 2200 block of Sherman Avenue between 3 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. Monday.

Anthony Quinn Bailey, 45, of 1458 Chicago Ave., was arrested at 820 Davis St. at 7:43 a.m. Monday and charged with retail theft. He is due in court on Aug. 8 at 9 a.m.
