Robert L. Miles, 36, of 2018 Darrow Ave., was arrested at his home at 9:30 p.m. Saturday and charged with domestic battery. He is due in court on July 11 at 9:30 a.m.
Burglary
1300 Isabella
Someone entered an unlocked garage in the 1300 block of isabella St. between 5 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday and stole earphones out of a 2001 Lexus.
1800 Brown
Someone attempted to climb through an unlocked window of a home in the 1800 block of Brown Avenue between 1:33 a.m. and 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Criminal damage to vehicle
1700 Darrow
Someone damaged the rear windows of a 1997 Ford parked on the street in the 1700 block of Darrow Avenue shortly after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Suspect is a 6-foot-tall black male weighing 210 pounds.

Demetrius Leon Carter, 32, of 324 Callan Ave., was arrested at 2002 Darrow Ave. at 8:08 p.m. Monday and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He is due in court on July 6 at 9 a.m.

Graffiti defaced a yard in the 1000 block of Hull Terrace between June 12 and 7:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Four Evanston youths were arrested at 1503 Lincoln St. just before midnight Monday and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. They are Jeremy Bowman Gaylord, 18, of 1619 Fowler Ave.; Dontrell Antonio Knighten, 18, of 1531 McDaniel Ave.; Fabian Ethan Steele, 19, of 1512 Brummel St.; and Kent Houston Strong, 19, of 1750 Hovland Court. They are due in court on July 23 at 9 a.m.

Christopher E. Pineda, 18, of 934 Fowler Ave., was arrested at his home at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday and charged with obstructing a police officer. He is due in court on July 12 at 1:30 p.m.
