Water main break closes Jenks

Evanston utility crews have closed off the 1700 block of Jenks Street this evening to repair a water main break.

Officials say it may take until around midnight to repair the broken main.

The portion of the street closed runs from Eastwood to Broadway avenues. That's east of Green Bay Road and just south of Isabella Street in north Evanston.
