Time to seek a garden plot

Spring will be here before you know it, so now is the time to sign up on the wait list for a spot in the Evanston community garden rental program.

Plots are rented from March through mid-November at four different sites in Evanston.

A full plot, about 400 square feet, costs $60 and half plot fees are $30.

Stop by the Ecology Center at 2024 McCormick Blvd. to pick up a brochure and sign-up form. The Center is open Mondays through Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
