Laughter Yoga Cancer Support Group

Rush North Shore Medical Center, in collaboration with the Cancer Wellness Center hosts a free cancer support program, "Laughter Yoga" on Thursday, September 18, at 11:00 a.m., 9701 N. Knox, Skokie.

People diagnosed with cancer, their family members and caregivers, are invited to reduce stress, and enjoy the benefits of laughter combined with yoga breathing exercises. Meets the third Thursday of every month at 11a.m. For information call 847-509-9595. Free.
