CTA rail riders face years of delays

The CTA says riders heading to the Loop on the Purple Line's Evanston Express Service or the Red Line can look forward to years of delays starting in April -- delays far worse than what they've already been experiencing lately.

The Chicago Tribune reports its all part of a project to ultimately improve service on the Brown Line.
