Please come join us this Saturday May 17th at 9 AM in Southeast Evanston for the yearly Custer Street Beautification Project. This year the CPC will be organizing volunteers to add flowers to the 44 planters along Custer Street and the larger planters on the Skokie Swift Bridge. What a great way to jump start Spring 2008!

We have the flowers & coffee - come meet your neighbors, have a cup of coffee & plant a few flowers.

Wear your hat & sunscreen - there is a 70% chance of sun in the forecast for Saturday.

Bring some gloves if you need them, a hand shovel if you have one & of course a sunny disposition.

We will be meeting on Custer Street at the Skokie Swift Bridge (near Custer St & Case St) at 9 AM this Saturday.

No raindate - since all true plant lovers garden in the rain anyway....
