Noah's Playground for Everyone dedication

City of EvanstonThursday, Jul. 03, 2008, at 11:46 am

Noah's Playground for Everyone, the City of Evanston's first fully accessible playground, will be dedicated at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 20.

Located in Lawson Park, Sheridan and Clinton Place, this special playground gives all children, no matter what their physical abilities, and their families an opportunity to play with and learn from others.

Funding for this project came from private donations in memory of Noah Cutter and Evanston's Capital Improvement Program.

Due to limited parking near Lawson Park, a shuttle will run on July 20 between the Civic Center's west parking lot at 2100 Ridge Ave. and the playground.

That shuttle will begin operation at 2:30 p.m. The dedication, free and open to all, will be held rain or shine. For more information, call 847-448-8043.
