Got news? Share it!

If you’ve got news, we’d like you to share it on Evanston Now.
Anonymous users may post comments on existing content, vote on polls and send news tips to the editor. But they are not allowed to post stories or other content on their own. Their comments are moderated before going live.
Registered users may sign up using either their real name or a pseudonym. Click the Login/Register link in the main navigation bar at the top of the page to sign up, or to log in if you already have an account.
If you intend to submit stories or event listings, please use your real name as your user name. Capital letters, spaces and accented characters are allowed in user names
If you wish to comment using a pseudonym but still post events and news stories, please create two user accounts, one for each purpose. You will need to use different email addresses, because each user account must have its own unique email address.
Comments submitted by registered users when they are logged in go live immediately, without moderation, but are subject to being removed if they violate our terms of service agreement.
Managing your account
When you’re logged in, you’ll see your options for adding content and managing your account under the “My Evanston Now” heading in the left column of this page.
My Workspace: To edit content you’ve submitted, click the My workspace link.
My Account: To change your password or other account settings, click the My account link.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, check your login status. If you see “Login/Register” instead of “My account” in the main navigation bar at the top of the page, you either aren’t a registered user or aren’t logged in. Use the Login/Register link to fix that.
