Death Penalty reform or abolishment?
I was astonished that the Evanston Review would weigh in on the death penalty. Even more that the League of Womans Voters would take a stance on the matter. Writing about crime in Evanston is one thing but to actually open a debate on anything regarding the criminal justice system is extraordinary.
