Light weekend reading?

If you care about the future of downtown Evanston, the city has some weekend reading for you.

The latest draft of the downtown plan, that the Plan Commission has been debating for months, is now available on the city website.

The commission meets again at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, and expectations are it is likely to take a final vote on the plan then and send it on to the City Council's Planning and Development Committee.
